- Macroni-1 & 1/2 cups
- Butter-1 & 1/2 tablespoon
- Salt
- Maida-1 tablespoon
- Milk- 2 & 1/3 cups
- Garlic-4 cloves (Chopped)
- Black pepper-1/3 tablespoon
- Oregano-1/2 tablespoon
- Red chilli powder/Chilli flakes
- Coriander (Chopped)
- Amul diced blended cheese
METHOD
Take some water in a Utensil and bring it to a boil. Add macroni to the utensil and cook untill soft.
After that strain the water of macroni.
Take another pan and add butter, maida and mix. Do not brown the maida. After that add 1 cup of
milk and wisk it using a wisker (so there are no lumps) and cook for 1-2 minutes and after that add
left out milk and mix well. After that add oregano, garlic, chilli powder/chilli flakes, black pepper,
corinder and salt to taste and cook untill sauce gets thick. After that add boil macroni and Amul
diced blended cheese and mix well. Turn the flame off.
Take a aluminium foil container and add macroni and cheese, butter, chilli flakes and oregano on
top of macroni.
Take a utensil and add a thick layer on salt and put a stand on it and cover using a lid and pre-heat
for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes put the aluminium foil container placed on plate or pizza pan into
the pre-heated utensil and cover it again. Cook untill you see golden spots on cheese.
Chef 's tip- When you preheat do not cover the lid properly, leave some space. Keep the heat of
flame on medium while pre-heating and baking.
