INGREDIENT-

  • Maida-1 cup                                          
  • Salt to taste
  • Yeast- 3/4 tablespoon
  • Powdered sugar-1/2 tablespoon
  • Oil
  • Warm water as required
  • Dhai-1/3 cup
  • Coriander powder-1/4 tablespoon
  • Black pepper powder-1/4 tablespoon
  • Garam masala-1/2 tablespoon
  • Mango powder-1/4 tablespoon
  • Kashmiri chilli powder-1/2 tablespoon
  • Besan-1/3 tablespoon
  • Kasuri methi- a pinch
  • Jeera powder-1/4 tablespoon
  • Mustard oil- 2 tablespoon
  • Ginger garlic paste-1/4 tablespoon
  • Paneer- 80 gram
  • Oats
  • Butter
  • Amul blended Diced cheese
  • Lettuce
  • Onion
  • Capcicim
  • Tomatoes
  • Chipotle mayonnaise
  • Mayonnaise
  • Tandoori mayonnaise
  • Red chilli sauce
  • Sweet onion sauce

                                                                             METHOD

Take a bowl and add maida, salt, yeast, sugar, oil and add water gradualy to form a soft and sticky 

dough. After that dust some flour on a suface and knead untill we get a soft and smooth dough and 

after this take a bowl and apply some oil on bowl and on top of dough. Cover and keep the dough 

aside for 2-3 hours in warm place.


After 2 hours knead dough and give the dough loaf shape and keep aside for 45 minutes. After 45 

minutes apply honey and oats on top. Take a utensil and add a thick layer on salt and put a stand on

 it and cover using a lid and pre-heat for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes put the dough placed on plate

 or pizza pan into the pre-heated utensil and cover it again and take it out when cooked. After taking

 out apply butter on top of the dough and cover using a cloth, so, it gets soft.


Take a bowl and add dhai, coriander powder, black pepper powder, garam masala, mango powder, 

kashmiri chilli powder, besan, kasuri methi, jeera powder, mustard oil, ginger garlic paste and 

paneer and mix well. Marinate mixture. After marinating saute paneer cubes in butter.


Cut the bread into half and add cheese into it and toast it. After that add paneer, lettuce, capcicum, 

onion and all the sauces. Enjoy it.


Chef 's tip- When you preheat do not cover the lid properly, leave some space. Keep the heat of 
flame on medium while pre-heating and baking. While baking put butter paper on pizza pan or 
plate.
